Stoop & Scoop

To protect people and other pets from disease and to keep our city beautiful, London requires that any person who owns, harbors or possesses a dog shall immediately remove and dispose of any excrement.

This is most easily accomplished by using a plastic grocery bag and deposit it in the garbage.
