How to Purchase a Dog License or Cat Identification

The following are payment options available for first time and renewal licenses and identification:

1) Pay using the web: online payment
(RENEWALS ONLY - invoice required):

Use our secure transaction server with Master Card, or Visa credit card.

2) Pay by mail:

Mail a cheque or money order to the London Animal Care Centre

3) Pay in person at City Hall
(RENEWALS ONLY - invoice required):
