How we can help

The centralized lost and found reporting centre works particularly well when we have the community's help in reporting found pets.

We have reports coming in every day for cats and dogs that have been lost and those that have been found in the City of London.

Whenever we take a report, we will cross-reference the pet's description with all the other reports for the City of London, and with the pets that are staying with us currently.

Shelter Services

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and we've found this to be true. There is no substitute for coming in to the shelter to look at the pets who have arrived each day. Sometimes we have several pets, this happens often cats, that might fit the description, and the only way to know if your cat is with us, is to come down and check.

We encourage people who have lost their pets, to please come down and walk through the "Pets in Waiting," area to see if your pet is already staying with us.
