It is important to note that the City of London’s No-Kill goal is reliant on several animal welfare service areas. The numbers reflected in the statistics below are the result of shelter operations, which is one of the three City services that will together work towards the No-Kill goal, along with community support and additional foster and adoption programs.
Adoption is the single most important element in achieving no-kill. For every adoptable pet that comes into our facility there needs to be homes for them to go to!
